Tide Fans -
I am writing a special note during the week, because I felt I needed to send out a message to all Tide Fans. This is a HUGE game this weekend - we win and we secure a spot in the SEC Championship Game. I am ridiculously pumped, and will be ready to explode by Saturday!! I hope everyone is getting fired up…we have GOT to be extremely loud! The last few games have been weak as far as crowd noise (except for when we blocked the kick). We are undefeated and may have a chance the play for another National Title - that should get everyone fired up! Do not sit on your hands if you are going to the game - you must cheer loudly. I want your insides to hurt the next day, and for you to have very little, if any voice left. We are playing LSU for the Western Division title, and we are going to beat the snot out of them!!! Come on Tide Fans - get fired up, because Bama is going to whip that bayou butt!!
All week I have heard people say they are nervous about this game. Being nervous is not going to help at all - why waste your energy on being nervous when you should have lots of swagger and confidence in our team. Be proud of our undefeated record, and have some dang confidence in our team!! The Tide has had a week off to rest which they badly needed. The coaches will have us prepared for this game, and the offense will have success - I can just feel it!
I want Bryant-Denny to be so loud when LSU has the ball it makes your ears hurt! Remember Florida 2005?? That is what we need on Saturday! It was so loud during that game, the place was shaking - it was incredible!!
We are going to will our team to victory, and we all need to do our part as fans by cheering like there is no tomorrow! Just think about our lightning fast, bone crunching defense and how awesome they are…think about Mark Ingram running all over the place…think about Julio and how he played last year against LSU - he was unstoppable! Are you pumped yet? Do I need to mention Marquis Maze, Trent Richardson, Javier Arenas, and Roy Upchurch??? Now are you pumped?? Come on TIDE!!!!!!!
If I can't get you fired up, perhaps this video will - I have watched this 100 times and it makes you want to run through a brick wall. These are highlights of last year's LSU game. Listen to Coach Saban's speech - if you are not fired up after watching this, then you should go get checked out at your nearest hospital because you may be dead. Time to get LOUD Bama Fans…time to Roll on to victory!!!! Let's Go!!!!!!!!!!
